I had a wonderful dinner today! Finished picture (taken with potato) below.

The gravy turned out a bit brighter than expected, but it tasted good. Also, eat your vegetables kids!

Cooking is never restricted to what it says on the bag. And as you implied, this is best with potatoes.

This is pretty much how you pronounce it, he's got a tad to much sh sound at the start, but that's probably due to a low quality microphone.

it should not be a sh sound there, Kj would be more like the Ch in chairs than the sh in fish :)
